Foundation Fan Noli
It is an institution which does not depend on the state.
The foundation for culture and arts FFN was founded in 1994 by the
initiative of some well-known Albanian intellectuals. Its residence
is in Tirana. The financial resources of the foundation are the
donations and sponsorships based on law No. 7892 Date 21/12/1994.
FFN aims to:
help in the strengthening and development of the Albanian art and
cultural identity through the financial support presented by natural
and legal non-governmental persons.
Encourage, develop and make known the Albanian culture and arts
inside and outside the country.
Develop the donating and sponsoring culture for collecting monetary
and material means
Administer them in accordance with the legislation in power and its
statute.
Set up its branches in other cities of Albania, Kosova and
Diaspora.
The foundation achieves its goals by financially supporting in the
fields of culture and arts:
Projects on national and international scale
Scholarships for Higher education and post-graduate qualifications
abroad
The creativity of young talents
Competitions on national and international scale
Contacts between Albanian culture, arts and artists with the
culture, arts and artists who are outside the territory of the
Republic of Albania
Activities for the preservation, restoration the studying of the
monuments of culture, folklore and craftsmanship and for
integration cultural and tourism within the territory of the
Republic of Albania
Some of its characteristics:
It is a non-profit foundation
It is led by a Leading decision making Council, whose members should
be personalities in the fields of Albanian culture and Arts.
Culture and Art only can rise man up to the level of God.
